  Great location but a lot of problems, including a bad smell throughout our stay.

  The location is great. It is not a ski-back, which is what is advertised, but it is an easy walk to the main ski lift. It was also helpful to have a garage to keep the car for when it snowed. The ski locker rooms was also helpful.

  I understand that things can go wrong with rentals. However, when we ran into issues, the host questioned us and was defensive and only helpful when threatened. When we arrived, we were met by someone who showed us the parking, the apartment and the ski room. She was very rushed and impatient. When we told the host the evening we arrive that there was a bad smell in the room, she denied it was there and told us we should have told the person who checked us in. I respectfully waited to tell the host directly. She did nothing about the smell the whole time we were there. The smell persisted throughout our stay. The bathroom shower walls and the foor were very moldy. We ran out of toilet paper on the 2nd night. The host did not replenish the toilet paper until I threatened not to pay the expected city tax. Then she said, "we give you a welcome toilet paper." It was just my daughter and me staying for 6 days. The house had the bare minimum of supplies. We were expected to clean up the house and our trash but there were no refill bags for the trash and no paper towels to clean. There also was no broom. After we left, we were asked to return a garage remote which was never given to us. After letting her know several times she finally said "OK." The first night we went to take a shower, the water was brown. On the last night, the stove started beeping and would not turn off. I wrote the host to help and she never responded until the next day. We had to go to bed with constant beeping. Fortunately, the electricity went out in the night and so the beeping stopped and we were able to get some sleep. On the second day, in addition to the toilet paper running out, the bathroom light stopped working. I reported it early in the morning but did not get any response til later that night and it took until the next day to have it fixed. Thus, we took showers in the dark for 2 days.

  We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for a family of 4 and had everything we needed.

  We were met at the property by Mrs Anna who was very helpful and prompt.

  Exceptional

  Excellent location. Well equipped. Warm. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed. Down duvet and pillows. Bialetti stove top. Good communication with owner.

  An enjoyable stay with family

  Excellent location, very close to the main chairlift and the centre of town. Super reponsive host, both before and during our stay. For a family of 4, it was much better than staying in the hotel.
