    Fabulous location, short walk to Moseley Folk Festival.

    Sam met us at the car park and showed me to the apartment. Full instructions on checking in and checking out were provided though booking.com messages. Very straight forward.

    Fantastic location, right next to the cricket ground with a huge park, art centre (excellent coffee and WiFi for working), and an Aldi right next door. We were visiting Elmhurst for the week and this was perfect. Lovely spacious apartment with balcony and everything you need. Parking was easy. Host arrived on time with keys (and chocolates!) and was super nice and showed us how to get in.

    Only thing missing was a plug for the sink.

    Nice apartment - once we got inside!

    Nice apartment conveniently located for where we wanted. Clean, quiet and spacious for two people. Lots of hot water for the decent shower.

    Picking up the keys was difficult as the host's phone kept going to voicemail so we were stood in the rain for 15 minutes not knowing how to get in. Blinds at the bedroom window let in a lot of light - decent curtains would make a big difference!
