    Needs an update and a deep clean!

    Location. Parking.

    I am trying to understand why this place has such high ratings. It is run down and dirty. (Even the “welcome-we want to earn the best rating” sign was broken.) Minimal cleaning has been done. Living room smells like pot and dog pee (it is pet friendly) Trash in kitchen and on bedroom nightstands. Walls are filthy and have dirty handprints and it has not been dusted a very long time. Broken blinds in one of the bedrooms. Very uncomfortable, old beds. Upstairs patio nice but the ground floor patio was trashed with bottles of lighter fluid cigarette butts and other trash. The location is great but this place needs updating and a deep clean. Definitely not worth the price.

    The bedroom blinds were broken and the bed frame was damaged as well. The bathroom really needs some attention — it's overdue for a deep clean/refresh.
