Excellent stay downtown D.C.
Centrally located within walking distance of many attractions! The host was very hospitable and accommodating!
Nothing bad to say except low water pressure in shower, but it is a basement apartment.

Really nice, well-equipped apartment in great location.
Great apartment. Newly refurbished and very clean. Kitchen well kitted out with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee machine, crockery and utensils. Reliable WiFi. Nice street and area - good mini markets and restaurants nearby. Downtown an easy 20-30 minute walk or short Uber/bus ride away. Good communications from owner.

This is a nice, cosy, comfortable basement apartment in a good location not too far from downtown DC and the National Mall etc. The host was responsive and helpful before our stay, allowing us to drop our bags off before the apartment was ready. It has good AC, and a TV though you will need to sign into your own streaming services accounts.
The kitchen was missing some items, including tea and coffee pods for the coffee machine, and a couple of other things. The host messaged on the first morning to ask if we found everything we need, so I replied to say what was missing, but my message was ignored. I sent a follow up message the next day which was also ignored. They then sent a message with check-out instructions and still ignored my message, and I also followed up after we left but they still ignored my message. Overall we had a nice stay, but were let down by the host ignoring us, and the kitchen wasn't as usable as you would expect.

Hidden diamond
Wonderful basement apartment: fresh, clean, a real gem. A lot of care has gone into this comfortable space. Quality linens, a nicely stocked kitchen, washer and dryer... The owner lives upstairs and is responsive and kind. It is located in a very nice and walkable neighborhood, metro is a 10 minute walk and gets you everywhere.
