Comfortable with a Great View
The location is ideal, with a lovely view of Lake Champlain. The space was interesting, and had multiple places to lounge on a lazy day. Overall it is a convenient location and lovely space to spend some time in.
Just a warning that there are a fair few stairs involved, one to get to the apartment, and one inside the apartment to get up to the living area. The bathroom is also quite tight, and may be an issue for those with mobility limitations.

Beautiful room, minor hiccups, overall worth the price
Loft was very spacious, location was close to downtown Burlington. Plenty of air conditioning units throughout the room. Decor was spectacular. Reasonable price for a week at Burlington.
The unit had very limited power outlets, kitchen was fairly small, parking was very tight and had irritable neighbors. The bath tub while attractive was fairly high up, leading to moments of hitting my knees to get in.

It was nice older apartment in a very good location. Great value.
The AC did not keep the apartment cool enough. Evenings were a little stuffy.

Fabulous! A perfect place to come back to after lots of walking in the local area.
The location was super helpful for us. We came to stay on the train and needed somewhere central enough. This was perfect- about 10-15 mins walk from the city centre in a lovely residential area with coffee shop and convenience store nearby, with North Beach walkable in the opposite direction as well. The bathroom and kitchen area were cosy and it was great to have a kitchen for the few times we ate at the house (the local eateries were too good for us to stick to self- catering!). The upstairs living area was spacious, with the air con working well to keep it cool (it was unusually hot the week of our stay so this was much appreciated). We enjoyed the comfy sofa for the times we needed to come back to the cool of the house during the afternoons.
The only things to note are that the stairs to upstairs are a little tricky to negotiate with luggage, but not an issue other than that. We could have done with a small side table near the sofa just to put a cup on whilst we were chilling out.
