Lovely stay
Location is amazing, right near the lake, as well as near food, shopping and massage options. The view at breakfast is very special! The staff were so friendly with great English, the doorman so smiley and kind!
Breakfast lacked vegetarian and gluten free options. We only stayed 1 night so didn't get a solid feel for the place

Hôtel bien pour une nuit de transition
Un hôtel bien situé, comme son nom l’indique. Pratique pour une nuit de transition à Hanoi.
La chambre était un peu bizarre. Il y avait un conduit dans le plafond ouvert directement sur notre plafond (la clim était dedans et fonctionnait partiellement). D’autres chambres ont des fenêtres donnant sur le couloir intérieur de l’hotel…

My dream Hanoi hotel
Centre Point hotel is overall one of the best, and my favourite hotels in Vietnam. Is certainly my favourite in Hanoi. The location is awesome being just near Hoan kiem lake and near the edge of the old quarter and close to French quarter. Is for me a perfect mix of modern and older and more traditional. Food choices are plentiful and so cheap and even found some amazing coffee too. The staff at the hotel really made my stay so good. Lily at the front of the hotel is pure energy and is so positive and cheerful. It was a joy to pass her during the day and long hours she worked. I will recommend the Centre Point hotel to all my friends as well as recommending Lily to them for her care and help.
There was nothing I didnt like except I wish I was there a bit longer!

瑕不掩瑜，願意續住
位置很好且安靜，早餐在頂樓可以看到湖，以這樣的價位我覺得很可以。服務人員態度都很友善，原本預計半夜（4:00）才抵達飯店，經詢問也願意等我們入住，雖然後來我們改變計畫提早抵達也沒有問題，非常感謝！床與衛浴間很舒服。
我們選的房型空間真的很小，基本上勉強可以打開1個25-27吋行李，所以有帶比較多行李的人還是選大一點的房型吧！我們暫住一晚而已所以還能接受。
