Cómodo aunque algo alejado.
Amplio y cómodo, especialmente para varias personas. El jacuzzi es un gran punto a favor
La zona queda algo lejos (25 minutos en bus) de las principales atracciones y playas.

Waren ein paar sehr schöne Tage.
Gute Größe, Stadtzentrum gut erreichbar
Leider sehr feucht mit Stockflecken an manchen Ecken. Nicht sicher wie leicht man das in den Griff bekommen kann ohne große Renovierung

Découverte de la ville. Et des pickpockets
Le couchage et d’avoir une machine à laver disponible
Eau du jacuzzi bloqué à 27 degrés. Aucun produit ménager à dispo sauf liquide vaisselle. Manque grille pain. Une grande poêle. Dommage l’appareil à jus d’orange était pas propre.

Great location, relaxing amenities, and a genuine Mallorca experience.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was excellent — close to the city center with easy access to the main streets, yet tucked away in a less touristy area that gave us a genuine local experience. The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking simple and convenient. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi on the second floor — a perfect spot to relax after exploring Mallorca. The rooms were comfortable, with their own AC unit, which was a big plus. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep, but they felt solid and safe. Overall, a great place to stay if you want a mix of comfort, convenience, and a more authentic Mallorca atmosphere. Highly recommend!
The only minor inconvenience was that we received the instructions for the location and the parking garage remote code only after asking when we returned from our activity that day. It meant a short wait, but overall it was just a small inconvenience and didn’t affect our stay.
