  Mi e' piaciuta molto la posizione , l'appartamento molto carino e funzionale , molto vicino alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi . Il lungo mare da Puerto Banus fino a Marbella facendolo o a piedi per i più temerari oppure affittando la bicicletta . Lo consiglio ci sono del chiringhiti e ristoranti da vedere con cucina locale .

  Non vi è stata comunicazione per ai vari servizi utili tipo , affitto biciclette, moto o altro , noi abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette ( consiglio vivamente per conoscere meglio il paese in tutte le sue sfaccettature ) infatti ci siamo documentati da soli per capire come funziona Puerto Banus , è bello andare bici andare lungo la pista ciclabile e arrivare fino a Marbella ci sono dei Chiringhiti stupendi aperti fino a tarda sera e spiagge bellissime , questi sono appunti che dovrebbero essere annotati per dare un supporto ai clienti , per il supermercato consiglio solo ed esclusivamente (El conte de Ingles ) dove è possibile fare acquisti di vario genere . E la cosa più' importante che se si noleggiano le bici non vi sono in struttura nessun supporto ( rastrelliera per poterle riporle la sera quando si rientra ) loro dicono di portale in appartamento , ma questo non è possibile , il nostro appartamento era al secondo piano con ascensore e la bici non poteva entrare quindi ci siamo arrangiati di trovare dei posti in strada senza avere la sicurezza che il giorno dopo potevano non esserci più.

  Exactly like the photos, spotless and lovely pool area

  Staff were extremely rude. We arrived at 11am and the security man laughed at us and complained we didn’t speak Spanish and would not let us through the gate. We were directed to a shop down the road where we were told our room wasn’t ready, this was fine. We asked for a bathroom to get changed in and this was refused. We opened our cases to get our things out for the day and we were rushed with the lady explaining they were waiting for more guests and we cannot do this there. I then simply brushed my hair before closing my case and the woman shouted at me telling us to get out. When our room was ready we had to drag our luggage up the street, there were male members of staff present but no one offered to help. Property was beautiful though
