    Unresolved Deposit Refund (Under Review)

    I stayed here for 4 nights over the New Year holidays in January. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-located, and I had a pleasant stay overall.

    A $100 deposit was required at check-in, and I was informed it would be refunded after my stay. However, as of now, it has not been returned. I have contacted Booking.com support, and their team is currently handling the case. I hope this will be resolved soon, but I would recommend that future guests carefully confirm the deposit policy and refund process in advance to avoid any potential issues. Due to this experience, I would advise caution when booking this property.
