Bohužel nemohu doporučit. Týden před plánovaným příjezdem jsem paní slušně žádala o možnost storna s poplatkem, důvodem byla neplánovaná hospitalizace. Paní odmítla bez možnosti "domluvit se". Nakonec jsme na dovolenou odjeli, apartmán měl být připraven od 15 h. Přes booking jezdíme velmi často a je vždy pravidlem, že hostitel včas poskytne informace, jak se ubytovat. Paní se ozvala až v 16:30 h s tím, že posílá odkaz na check-in a až po vyplnění poskytne údaje, jak se ubytovat. Pak reagovala tak, že na nás údajně v 15 h čekala, ale nikdo nepřišel. Kontakt na mě měla od začátku. My jsme nakonec sehnali velmi rychle jiné ubytování a pobyt v Malaze jsme si báječně užili. Smutné je, že stačilo být jen trochu vstřícný a empatický .... což se u této hostitelky nestalo :(
