Booked apt. with terrace, got ground floor apt. with noisy street and party upstairs all 2 nights

  Nothing.

I got confirmation from booking.com for apt. with terrace located 1 Calle Alcalde Jose de la Bandera 5c Nervion, 41003 Seville but property assigned me to another apt. on ground floor located C. Sol 37 Bajo A, Casco Antiguo. I sent confirmation from booking.com to property but they confirmed this is the apt. I booked. I have no choice to stay at the assigned apt. because I arrived in late afternoon and could not find alternative accommodation in the city on such a short. notice. Since this apt. is on the ground floor there is noise from street cars and I suffered from ongoing party upstairs until morning. As a result, I could not sleep at all for the entire 2 days of my stay. It's not worth money that I paid.

Appartamento in un’ottima posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, con un supermercato sotto casa. In cucina presenti tutti i servizi necessari

Mancanza dei dettagli: pavimento sporco di caffè, tapparelle che si smontano, il Wi-Fi indicato era sbagliato, il copriletto più piccolo del letto e abbiamo dovuto rimuoverlo
