  Palazzo molto bello e ben tenuto all’interno dei caruggi genovesi. L’appartamento è molto carina e ampio, bello il bagno. Nel complesso un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

  Il sistema di aria condizionata non è il massimo, in Estate nel piano mansardato può fare abbastanza caldo

  Very very bad

  When we entered the house, we noticed that the floors were dirty and felt the need to mop them. When I mopped, more than a handful of long black hairs came up. This was terrible because it clearly showed that the house had not been properly cleaned before being handed over to us. We went to bed to sleep, but there were the exact same long hairs on top of our beds as well. This means that we were left with used bed sheets. What should have been provided were clean sheets. Additionally, there was no window in the house through which we could see outside. We were not given the same house shown in the photos; the images had been created by combining photos of multiple different houses. We had booked the place because it was two stories, but the house and all the photos did not match each other at all. In the photos, there were beds and sofas, but two of the things we had to use for sleeping were actually sofas. Once we used them as beds, there were no usable sofas left in the house. The neighborhood was also very bad. We didn't want to go out at night. People were shouting at each other and making inappropriate gestures. None of this was mentioned in the reviews or the property description. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit was on the balcony, and because the hot air blowing from the unit went directly onto the balcony, we couldn't use that space either. When the trash can in the house got full and we asked what should be done with the trash, we were told to carry it to the dumpsters 200 meters away.

  The apartment was great, modern and clean.

  The neighborhood is a little sketchy so be careful

  Polecamy zdecydowanie. Piękne klimatyczne mieszkanie.

  Czyste i nowocześnie urządzone mieszkanie. Wygodne łóżka, piękna antresola, duża łazienka. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażoną. W budynku winda. Wszystko czyste i nowoczesne. Bdb kontakt z przemiłą właścicielką. Cicha okolica.

  Dość głośno działająca klimatyzacja nie dawała rady w upałach, ale właściciel wstawił dodatkowe dwa wiatraki, co zdecydowanie łagodziło temperaturę, ale też dawało spory hałas, jeśli komuś to przeszkadza. Co do lokalizacji nie mam zdania - rzeczywiście niektóre ulice mogą budzić zdziwienie czy dyskomfort, ale nie spotkały nas żadne nieprzyjemne sytuacje.
