Ein Vergnügen. Mit Lob und Anerkennung. Danke.

Hotel gut erreichbar und sehr gute Lage. Appartement sehr sauber und zuvorkommendes Personal. Vorbildlicher Service. Das Frühstücksangebot ist eine Pracht, breites Angebot, sehr geschmacksvoll und eine große und vielfältige Auswahl. Das Bedienpersonal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell.

Good location, good breakfast, nice place

The lady in the restaurant was very kind and patient, she deserves a raise! She store our luggage as we couldn't get early check in.The property meet our expectations.

The location is very centric and convenient, but the bells of the church and the school yard makes it noisy in the morning, also noisy in the night with other guests.

Perfekte Lage, Frühstück war im Lokal nebenan. Frühstück hat gepasst. Das Personal im Lokal war nicht sehr freundlich.

Nice room, but not a hotel.

We had a nice view of Heraklion.

This is not a hotel. It's more like a AirBnB. Breakfast was in the (breakfast only) restaurant on the first floor. Plenty of food, but kind of impersonal. There was a strong sewer odor coming from the bathroom. Not much Heraklion can do about it, but annoying nonetheless. There is no staff on site. This is strictly a room rental. They should not call it a "hotel".
