  One of the best residence I’ve ever been!

  One of the best places I’ve ever been! I’m gonna miss so much this accomodation! Waking up, looking outside the windows and watching the ocean in front of you has no price! I’m so glad I chose this residence: it has whatever you need (even the covered parking)! If I ever come back to Madeira I will surely choose it again! Obrigado! ❤️

  The underground car park has an extremely narrow, two-way helical ramp with central columns, making vehicle manoeuvring very difficult and creating a significant risk of scraping the cars The apartment was quite disappointing and clearly below the standard I expected. The furniture was old and worn, the apartment was not properly cleaned or well maintained, and most of the appliances were outdated. Overall, many things looked neglected and in need of repair or replacement. The atmosphere inside the apartment was also rather gloomy and certainly did not create a pleasant holiday feeling. The old furniture, poor maintenance and general condition of the property made the whole place feel tired and uninviting. The apartment does have a sea view, which is probably its main positive point. However, directly below the building there is what appears to have once been a green area or small park, which is now poorly maintained and mostly bare ground. Residents regularly bring their dogs there, and unfortunately dog waste was frequently left behind, making the area unpleasant to look at and use. Overall, both the apartment and the building are maintained to a rather low standard and do not correspond to what I would consider an acceptable holiday accommodation. The service was another disappointment. The staff responsible for reception and guest assistance, whether online or by phone, were generally evasive and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve issues, the responses often felt dismissive and unprofessional.

  A volte si sentiva odore di pesce, probabilmente dallo scarico o dai vicini ristorante ma nulla di insopportabile

  Дуже зручне розташування, доглянути помешкання, є все необхідне для побуту і готування , дуже гарний вигляд з балкону , були з хлопцем з 18 по 31 травня то приємно здивувала пропозиція прибирання в половині нашого проживання, є підземний паркінг що дуже зручно, поруч магазини, кафе. Однозначно рекомендую. Всі фото відповідають дійсності і зручно контактувати в разі запитань , швидко дають відповіді на всі питання

  La vue est très agréable. L'emplacement est bien pour visiter Funchal . L'appartement est très confortable.

  Très peu de verres ! 2 verres à pied dont l'un s'est cassé sans choc juste en l'essuyant ! Un verre à bière ébreché et 2 verres qui devaient être d'ancien verres à Nutella !!! C'est curieux car le reste de la vaisselle est convenable . Et nous avons apprécié le lave vaisselle et le lave linge .
