    La ubicación y la fácil comunicación con quien lo gestiona.

    Estaba como "a medias". Sin terminar. El baño se mojaba todo. Cables a la vista. El aire acondicionado sólo para el salón y no en habitaciones. La tercera habitación no era independiente, era un baño porque están hasta los tubos a la vista y hay que atravesar una habitación para acceder a ella

    I liked that the property was located close to the city centre, with easy access to both bus and tram stops.

    As for the property itself, I found the equipment and facilities rather basic. There were enough cutlery and dishes for two people, but although the apartment was advertised for up to five guests, we could only find two teaspoons. There was one larger pot and a couple of frying pans, which were enough to prepare a simple meal. I suppose the idea was that guests would eat out, which in a way was probably a good solution. However, that’s not really the main issue, as you can manage in almost any conditions. What surprised me the most was the lady who came to check the property and return our deposit on the last day of our stay. She checked absolutely everything — the bed linen in every room, the towels to make sure there were no stains, and even the inside of the microwave to see if it had been left dirty. She spent the most time examining the pillows we had slept on. I have never experienced such a thorough inspection before. Perhaps they were looking for a reason to deduct something from our deposit — I really don’t know. In the end, though, she had nothing to complain about and returned the full deposit to us. Overall, we had a great time in Alicante.
