Peaceful getaway with wonderful hospitality
Beautiful room, calm and peaceful setting, superb staff - warm, welcoming, accomodating and professional. Felt like you were the only people there (in a good way), and everything runs seamlessly. Great opportunity to try lots of traditional Japanese food and a nice balance of traditional / modern, Japanese / Western
Not the easiest location for travel logistics but it is a nice, quiet setting with lots of greenery. The outdoor areas including private onsen could be more aesthetic.

צוות מאיר פנים, זמין מאד, מבין מהר מה צריך ומיד עוזר. מקום נקי מאד, מרווח מאד. בנוסף לאונסן במרפסת של החדר, קיבלנו שעה של אונסן פרטי וגם גישה חופשית לאונסן ציבורי. ארוחות הערב והבוקר היו עשירות במנות טובות וטעימות.
לקחנו רק לילה אחד , היה צריך להזמין ליותר

Es war für uns ein Hotel zum Entspannen und es war wirklich angenehm. Die Badewanne am Zimmer (nicht für große Personen geeignet), der Private Onsen (Nutzung 45 Minuten pro Tag). Die Halbpension war grandios, manchmal ein wenig zu viel aber hier word glaub ich jeder satt. Ausstattung ost ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, es sind auch manchmal ein paar Tierchen im Outdoor Onsen aber es ist ja auch im Wald. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend
Ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber in Ordnung. Badezimmer ein wenig klein und nicht so sauber, auch der Onsenbereich war ein wenig verkalkt. Für den Preis haben wir uns jedoch generell mehr erwartet.
