The booking may be canceled if guests fail to respond to the communication or if they cannot pay the deposit. If the booking is made within 1 week of the stay, the payment method can be negotiated. Capsule rooms are housed in the annex building. However, guests who booked a capsule room must check in at the main building as well. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
