三ノ宮にポートライナーでいけるなどロケーションよく、ホテル自体も屋上からの景色も神戸らしくてよかったです。大浴場があるのも素晴らしい。部屋もとても静かでした。

Rooms very comfortable and facilities great, spa was a great addition. Staff very helpful. Ate in the restaurant which had great views of the harbour.
Location was a little out of the way but trains close by.

Not worth the money.
Couldn’t find anything.
The hotel is located in an area with many logistics companies that have truck traffic in the middle of the night. The sound insulation of the windows is very bad why the noise from the trucks all night long is annoying. In addition, the elevator is directly attached to the room (#301, a so called “premium” room), that adds noise. Access to the hotel from the train station with heavy luggage is a problem. Storage space in the room is not sufficient and it is not possible to hang out longer items like trousers. No hooks in the bathroom. Access to the public bath with a tattoo is strictly prohibited and they make you sign your confirmation at check in.
