Pleasant, but room for improvement.
Property was spacious. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Good out door space and furniture. Quiet location. Tastfully decorated. Provision of dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Good size cooker. Plenty of dining room space.
No hot water on Sunday. Kitchen utensils were not all clean. Microwave was dirty with spilt food stuck in it. No instructions for bin recycling or which bin was which. No welcome pack. The road to the property is very poor with pot holes. The only time we wanted to watch TV and we couldn't get chanel 4 on the TV. The network signal was not strong enough.

The hosts were fantastic and very helpful,also the place was outstanding ans so spacious didn't get to injoy it as much as i would have liked because of work but would definitely book again

We had a nice stay here. The size and layout work well however it needs a good clean and a little tlc.
The property works well with 4 decent bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen/diner is also a great space. The location is in a quiet area but within walking distance to where we wanted to be.
It wasn’t well looked after. The basics had been done, bathrooms, bedding etc however the amount of dust and cobwebs in every room is not what I’d expect especially when I have a child terrified of spiders. The hoover was of no use with the lead being so short. The bedroom carpets were heavily stained too. The garden is not very well kept. The main sofa in the living room in uncomfortable and the pillows in both double rooms are very flat. Will a good clean and a little attention to detail this property could be great!

Our second visit to Woodend Road and was almost as good as last October.
The size of the rooms. Plentiful hot water. Outdoor seating. Friendly male neighbour who helped with bins
Bathroom door lock broken WC lid broken (same bathroom) Seating for 6 in lounge (2 of us sat on the floor) Small fridge Extremely rude female neighbour (to the right as you look at front of house) who swore about us, using the F word in front of grandchildren.

Disappointing stay but we had a nice time on the beach
The size of the house is good for families
The house was dirty, and wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. After cleaning, there were still cobwebs and stained bedding which we had to sort out. The door wouldn’t lock either
