Der Kühlschrank, die Küchenkästen und die Betten waren sauber. Der TV mit grossem Bildaschirm hatte gute Qualität und der Wohnzimmertisch mit Stühlen war i.O. Der JP kam am 2. Tag nach meiner Feststellung der Mängel, bezog das Sofa neu, entfernte den Teppich und brachte den Storen und das Fenster i. O.. Es befinden sich mehrere Ventilatoren in der Wohnung. JP meinte zum Türschloss: hier bist du sicher, du brauchst nicht zu schliessen!!! Am Abend zuvor rüttelte Jemand am Türgriff und im Treppenhaus wurde geschrien...
Der Wohnzimmerbereich ist aufgrund eines Wasserschadens stark verschimmelt , Wände und Fenster, ein Küchenkasten. Ein Fenster und ein Storen waren defekt. Das Sofa, ein Sessel und der Teppich vor dem TV waren extrem verfleckt, eklig. Fenster alle verschmiert vom "Putzen", unter den Betten dick Staub, die gläserne Duschwand ungereinigt und nach der "Reinigung" verschmiert. Der Spülkasten der Toillette blieb hängen und lärmte mit der Wasserspülung und die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmer und der Dusche waren äusserst billig und rudimentär gehalten. Es war heiss, bei offenem Fenster kam ein lauter immer andauernder Lärm einer Lüftung vom Hof und es stank intensiv in einer Nacht. Das Türschloss ist von innen fast nicht zu schliessen.

Loved Porto and the location. Good in cooler weather.
Excellent location. Easy access. Great communication with host and hostess.
No air conditioning with three average fans in 90 to 95 degree weather. Stuffy smelly musty apartment in this heat. It was my mistake as I did not notice heat only. Yet a dehumidifier or more fans would have helped or more emphasis in the description with this property should be disclosed. Bedrooms adequate. Living g area good.

The apartment was spacious and very bright. Plus the location was perfect! Close to all. Porto has many restaurants and bars and historical locations. All walking disntance. The communication with JP was amazing, he helped us with tips anout Porto and was always very attentive. Thank you so much
