    Exceptional stay right off Gran Vía!

    The accommodation was very nice, clean, and spacious enough. Pillows are perfect! They changed our towels regularly and even changed the bedsheets during our stay. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating, they even let us leave our luggage after check out until it was time to head to the airport. ​The location is absolutely perfect, right next to Gran Vía. The street itself is full of shops, and the neighborhood has plenty of great restaurants and cafés. It's very easy to reach by taxi, and there is a metro station right outside. Highly recommended!

    Gets the job done

    Staff was great and very helpful!

    Didn’t love the location. The street the property is on didn’t feel very safe late at night. Additionally it was kind of loud throughout the night and into the early morning

    Perfect location, clean, great facilities for a small room and helpful staff

    Fantastic location, helpful staff, great facilities and very clean. We were running late to check in and the staff kindly stayed late to accommodate us. Also loved the smart TV.

    Bed a little small for us and the mattress cover kept coming off.
