    The host was very friendly and the breakfast was tasty. The room was a decent size and the bed was lovely and comfy. The shower was excellent as well

    The pipes were a bit loud and the walls were a little thin so you could hear muffled voices from nextdoor, but nothing some earplugs couldn't fix

    A quintessential British B&B

    Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and a quiet residential location across from Albert Park. Close to Teeside University and walking distance to some great restaurants. I very much enjoyed my stay and will be back.

    Friendly and accommodating welcome. Very clean.

    Clean. Fresh cooked Breakfast. Quiet. Excellent and friendly staff. Easy and free to park outside. Room 7 spacious Accommodated early check in to support us getting to the football match on time.

    Room 7 bathroom private but separate across corridor.

    Deuxième séjour chez Claudio et toujours aussi satisfaite. La chambre est très confortable, les salles de bain et toilettes sont très propres, et le petit déjeuner est complet et bon. Un très bon rapport qualité prix à Middlesbrough !
