O chalé é muito confortável, uma excelente opção para quem busca tranquilidade no bairro do Xandó, fora do agito de Caraiva. Fica próximo a uma linda praia com piscinas naturais e tb à prainha do rio. Vista para o mar. O proprietário é super atencioso e prestativo.
Não há muita opção de comércio próximo, como mercado, padaria e farmácia, mas alguns estabelecimentos fazem entrega.
