    Didn't meet the expectations

    The modern, and curated decors,

    ​Safety Hazard (Stairs): While the chalet initially appeared modern, tidy, and well-kept, the entrance stairs and handrail are loose and unsafe. One of our guests, who is eight months pregnant, almost fell while holding onto the railing. ​Living Area: The sofa bed in the living room was heavily stained, leaving very little to the imagination. ​Gas Stove: The gas fireplace in the living room released an unbearable smell of gas as soon as it was turned on, making it unusable and concerning. ​Spa & Pest Issues: The hot tub was a major disappointment. The water was extremely murky and dirty, with soil settled at the bottom, and the cover was semi-destroyed. To make matters worse, a rodent coming from the outbuilding actually jumped into the water with us. Rodents were a recurring problem throughout our stay, coming from the building's foundation. ​Disturbances: Despite the emphasis on respecting quiet hours, we were accompanied by loud yelling from the neighboring property throughout Friday evening.
