Chalet park a lovely place to stay with a nice walk into Cromer

Decor a little worn in places but wouldn’t put us off staying again

Location was excellent. Parking was good.
The whole place was very dated and needed a damned good clean. Sticky surfaces, stains under sink ( etc). Bathroom sealant mouldy and breaking down. Shower faulty and no hot water anywhere ( tepid at best). Many windows would not open . Grimy oven, toaster rusty, dirty with old bread crumbs. Window blind cord not tied away from children ( dangerous?). Moth infestation. ( Photos if needed for the above.) Wanted to leave but no alternative available. Overall very disappointing.

A lovely peaceful haven.
Quiet, well equipped and great beds! Lots of useful stuff like tea bags and cleaning in there. Good tv.
