    Off the regular tourists’ path, where you can experience true day-to-day life in Rotterdam, yet also a bit of feeling of

    Such a serene location with an amazing view of a beautiful 1648 windmill. Sitting beside a canal, you experience everyday life in Rotterdam while feeling like you are not in the city, giving you the best of both worlds. Groceries are a short walk away, or can even be delivered. The owner’s Harlinger horses are curious and gentle with other livestock nearby as well. The ducks and swans in and alongside the canal add to the beauty and peacefulness of the surroundings.

    Slightly hard to figure out just where to enter, but well worth it.
