    It worked for our family group of 8 using both upstairs & downstairs units.

    Good location, well equipped. Large dining room table, Shutters kept out heat during day. Lots of games.

    All cupboards & doors needed oiling as the made loud noises. Noise transfer from floor & stairs to the downstairs...OK if the same group up & down (old wooden house) No outside sitting area (but patio & garden existed). Exterior of the building neglected. Needs new paint on shutters. Eaves not working during rain storm. Adelboden is known for the care of the houses. This house had no outside care. Summer bedding might be a good idea. New sheets needed on some beds (rough). Very basic towels. Like a budget house at a high price.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the weather did not curtail anything we wanted to do. The Hiking passes and guest cards

    The property is very central in the village, the kitchen was very well equipped with utensils, crockery and additional goods for cooking. The living room was very comfortable with amazing views. The bedrooms were comfortable and warm, adequate wardrobe space.

    There was nothing that I didn’t like. The television only has Swiss or German stations but as it was the Euro Cup, my husband was able to watch he games with no commentary.
