A comfortable villa with good air-conditioning, a pool and a good location near the sea.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very good in such hot weather. Nice to have a pool. The outside furniture was very good, with a dining table, loungers and seating. We liked the location. The shops are about a 10 minute walk away and the bus stop only about 5 minutes. It was lovely to walk to the sea every evening to see the sunset. Communication with the owner was straightforward.
There was nothing too bad. It would have been useful to have an information booklet - e.g. how to use the TV and oven, where the shops are, what the wifi password is. It would have been nice to have basic toiletries in each bathroom, such as handwash and more than one toilet roll.

Los exteriores de la casa lo mejor, la ubicación muy buena también.
La falta de comunicación con el anfitrión. En vez de realizar la fianza automáticamente tuve que reclamarla hasta en dos ocasiones.

Nice property if you plan to stay mostly at the pool
Good size property, nice pool and barbecue.
The property is located in a very quiet area, there is no beach in a walking distance, not too many restaurants either. The local shops are expensive as expected, but there is a Lild located at about 15 min drive. Also, another very important point I was not aware of before booking the property - after making the payment I’ve been informed that there is a mandatory deposit payment of 300€. I’ve tried to pay by bank transfer but the owner didn’t provide the required details so we had to pay cash upon arrival. It took me about 3 weeks to recover the deposit back from the owner after many conversations/ text on WhatsApp. The bathroom definitely needs refurbishing and …. there were tiny ants all over the kitchen counter and on the stove.
