    Die Lage und der renovierte Teil ist sehr schön.

    Die Duschwanne hatte ein Loch und ist auch nicht abgelaufen. Der Balkon ist schrecklich. Kaputter, löchrigen alter Teppich. Viel zu wenig Gartenstühle und der Außenbereich ist ungepflegt. Alles wurde dem Wohnungsmanagement kommuniziert ohne Erfolg.

    Enttäuschend

    Geräumige Haushälfte.

    Es hatte etwas von Jugendherberge. Es war nicht überall sauber - Haare im Kühlschrank, tote Fliegen im Wintergarten, Fenster wurden seit Monaten nicht geputzt. Gefühlt wurde nur Wert auf den Sanitäranlagen gelegt. Wenn man im Sommer gerne Mountainbike fährt ist Kirchberg ganz toll. Ansonsten eher langweilig.
