La posizione era ottimale
Non abbiamo avuto nessuna accoglienza, solo contatti telefonici con l'hostess, nemmeno per il check-out. Casa non adatta alle persone allergiche alla polvere perché era impolverata e piena di oggetti. Abbiamo trovato poco curato e pulito gli spazi esterni.

Für Bad Kleinkirchheim recht günstig, mehr ist es allerdings auch nicht wert.
Lage war gut. Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charm. Es gab sehr viele Bücher, was ich sehr positiv fand. Sehr ruhig und daher gut für die Erholung.
Gastgeber war nicht einmal vor Ort, weder beim Check-In, noch beim Check-Out. Außen wie Innen war alles sehr schmutzig, Staub überall, teilweise schwarze Flecken am Duschvorhang, schmutziges Geschirr in der Spülmaschine und in den Schränken (geht gar nicht). Beim ersten eintreten roch es nur stark nach Chlor, sauber war nichts. Die Einrichtung Innen wie Außen ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, teilweise liegen noch persönliche Gegenstände der inzwischen wohl verstorbenen ehemaligen Besitzer herum. Kurtaxe muss separat bezahlt werden in Cash beim Check-In, da allerdings niemand kam, war dann eine Auslandsüberweisung nötig, allerdings weigert sich der Gastgeber dafür eine Rechnung auszustellen, wie auch für den ganzen Aufenthalt und drückt das an Booking ab, wobei Booking nur der Vermittler ist und somit keine Rechnungen ausstellen kann. Seltsam war auch, dass niemand die Daten der Reisenden aufgenommen hat, um die Anmeldung vorzunehmen, anhand derer sich die Kurtaxe ermittelt. Ich war schon häufig in Österreich, auch in Bad Kleinkirchheim und da war es bisher immer so, dass ich vor Ort oder im Vorfeld die Daten angeben musste.
