Great experience
Shout out to the host for looking after us during our stay. There were times when we had to depend on the host as we were not familiar with a lot of things and needed help but they were always there for us. Also great location bus stop is close by.

Шале находится в отличном месте с видом на горы, комнаты достаточно просторные и светлые, полностью оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым, все чисто и подготовлено для комфортного пребывания, также в шале было тепло, что для меня очень важно. Из-за того что шале находится не в центре, а парковки только платные, хозяйка шале предложила оформить карту гостя и по этой карте можно ездить автобусом и иметь дополнительные скидки на развлечения. Но мы спокойно ходили пешком, расстояние до центра примерно полтора километра, это ерунда.

The apartment is spacious with a beautiful view, and we appreciated the assistance with waste sorting and disposal. The host also responded to our questions regarding the nearest fresh milk farm and other inquiries
This is our fourth stay in Grandalwald, and we have never had any issues with other accommodations—until now. We were in a hurry before the store closed and accidentally left some of the apartment lights on for about one hour .. it was a one-time mistake ,, When we returned, we were surprised to find that the electricity had been completely shut off. We acknowledge that all instructions were explained to us at check-in, including turning off the lights, but the reaction to our first mistake felt excessive and unfriendly. It made us feel uncomfortable and disappointed ,, especially considering our long history of respectful stays in this village. What added to our discomfort was not knowing how it was confirmed that all of us had left the apartment at that moment.
