    Staff very helpful , going out of their way to help

    Not possible to get to the chalet without a 4wheel drive car, and it was not mentioned in the description. Also it is a 5 bedroom, when in fact the 5th room was a attic to which you have to climb up with a ladder and the mattress literally on the floor
