Дом находится в невероятно красивом месте с видом на горы. Городок очень тихий, сам дом очень большой, сауна в подвале добавляет еще больше положительных впечатлений от дома. Хозяйка была очень приветлива, достаточно оперативно отвечала на все вопросы и была очень милой. За такую цену получить такой роскошный дом - это настоящий подарок. Мы замечательно провели там время со своими друзьями.
Единственное, что испортило впечатление от этого дома - отсутствие каких-либо средств первой необходимости в доме. Не было ни банных, ни кухонных полотенец. Отсутствовали даже губка для посуды и капсулы для посудомойки (хотя сама посудомойка в доме есть). Туалетной бумаги тоже было очень ограниченное количество, бумажных полотенец тоже не оказалось. Еще не хватало дров/брусочков для мангала, но это уже в каждом объекте размещения опционально. Мы приехали в воскресенье поздно вечером, никакие магазины уже не работали. Мы не могли помыть посуду и нормально сходить в душ, потому что полотенец не было.

Comfortable house with sauna
Very nice sauna and relaxation area. Good localization. Big kitchen.
Unfortunately there was no dedicated dryer for ski boots.

Wonderful and cozy house in Zillertal valley
I stayed at Chalet Neuhaus for a week with a group of friend and we had a wonderful time. The chalet is spacious and cozy and well-equipped. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate living room with TV, a kitchenette with big table that accommodates all possible guests, big sauna with rest place and bar, and big garden and balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. I definitely recommend Chalet Neuhaus to anyone looking for a big house for a bigger group of friends for relaxing and comfortable stay in the Zillertal valley.
The only negative thing we could say is that the wifi was a bit slow and unreliable at times, which was a bit annoying when we wanted to watch some online videos / stream services. Other than that, we had no complaints and we would love to come back again.
