Chalet Noriker is located in a quiet and pleasant area.
Unfortunately, the current condition of the house does not match the photos or, in our opinion, its average rating of 9.0. The house clearly needs renovation and better maintenance. The interior is worn, the walls are very dirty in places, and some of the furniture, especially the dining chairs, has seen better days. There was also a leak from the drain under the kitchen sink. There were several other signs of insufficient maintenance, such as a broken door handle on the utility room and some light fixtures that were not working. The cleaning was not perfect – for example, the ashtrays had not been emptied. The outdoor terrace also needs attention, as some of the wooden boards are already rotten and should be replaced. We also received the Guest Card only in the middle of our stay, so we could not use its benefits during the first part of our holiday. Overall, guests should not expect the house to look as good as it does in the photos. A rating of 9.0 may have been justified a few years ago, but in its current condition, the property needs significant maintenance and renovation.

Lokalita, komunikace, servis, zajištění domu, nadobí, vyhřívaná lyžárna.
Dům nesl lehké známky používání, nic však zásadního.
