  The location

  First of all there should have been 2 pools but there was on 1, no sweeping brush so I had to ask the neighbour to borrow theirs! No iron board just an iron! Fridge freezer door would not close properly! We had trouble with WiFi as we have small kids which the need move than adults! And the 2 main balcony were dirty and had ants everywhere!! No room refreshed at all or towels we actually had to buy towels!

  Não voltaria.

  O imóvel encontra se numa boa localização, apenas de dizer Playa das Américas mas na realidade é em Los Cristianos. A justificação do proprietário é que é no limite do município.

  O alojamento precisa de vários melhoramentos, o papel de parede está a descolar na wC, na sala, na entrada… O frigorífico não funciona, funciona apenas o congelador. Não se pode falar na varanda depois das 22h, porque incomoda os vizinhos, temos de sair da piscina às 17h, pq incomoda os vizinhos e, podemos ser expulsos por não cumprir. Era 12h e estava um casal vizinho a pedir para não falarmos na piscina pq sentiam se incomodados. Tentamos negociar com o proprietário porque as fotos da casa não correspondem ao estado real da casa, mandou me falar com o booking que ele não tem nada haver com isso. O que me parece ridículo porque para mim é má publicidade, a localização não é a que dizem, a casa não é como está nas fotos!

  2 slaapkamers boven en 1 bij de ingang. Alle 3 slaapkamers een eigen douche en wc.. De keuken is verder wel goed ingericht iets wat verouderde bakpannen.

  Relatief klein als je met 6 personen bent. Het verblijf wonen bewoners van het eiland. Het moet 11 uur stil zijn en daar hebben ze een vreselijke bewaker voor.. die stuurt je zonder pardon om 11 uur naar binnen.. Voor het eerst dat we op vakantie zijn en hebben besloten om na 2 nachten een ander verblijf te zoeken. Door de verhuurder daar goed mee geholpen. De oven die buiten staat werkt niet.

  Apartment has 3 separate bedrooms - which is ideal for a group of 6 people. 3 separate bathrooms is also a big plus (even though 1 of them is really small). Great kitchen amenities. There is a always some space for parking outside the complex - with supermarket (Mercadona) nearby. Overall very satisfied with our stay :)

  The place was a bit cold when we arrived - but its common for places in warm climates due to lack of central heating. Due to this however, there is some small amount of mold in bathroom - but not a deal-breaker :)
