It is very unpleasant stay. The room has high ceilings corner so my head hit the ceiling and no necessary items are prov
The location is good near the attractions and old town.
The customer service is horrible no service minded. No have necessary items like napkins, dish washer detergents. Provide only one washing machine pod and 2 coffee capsules even I stay for 3 nights when I asked they said I need to buy them. They just provide one as starter kit.

Excellent spot if you have a car. Never got tor use the bus tickets that came with the room.

Materassi un po’ troppo morbidi; per andare in paese consigliata l’auto (circa 40 min a piedi)

Great peaceful base to explore the Val Gardena region especially with the free bus pass. Recommend to small groups with
Great base to explore the local area, especially with the bus pass. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was relatively well stocked to be able to cook meals. The access to the hotel pool facilities was also an amazing bonus!
A few more useful items such as washing machine detergent and bathroom toiletries would have been great as we were staying for a few days.
