    La ubicación, las vistas al mar y el jardín grande y cuidado.

    Los muebles están muy anticuados. En especial la cocina y el salon. La mesa de la cocina se pegaba, había muebles con falta de mantenimiento. El sofa tenia olor La casa olía a cerrado, rancio y humedad. Invirtiendo algo la casa sería espectacular.
