photos in booking not matching the reality
Location, spacious ONLY BUT the chalet i have rented ( booking photos ) are totally different than the one i got. I have discussed this issue with owner and he said he will try to solve in future. Because the chalet i got was very very old. And not matching the photos in booking account. After long discussion with owner he deducted almost last night . Plus, 2nd day the narrow road to the location have maintenance restricting our movement for almost full day till 1700.
1st of all the photos in Booking is not reflecting the exact chalet or apartment you reserved Because as owner said ( he have 12 properties) in the same booking account. The owner came in day time with tool bag to do some work with ja kurze bath ( without any permission) and without any notice disturbing my family while setting. One small room with sofa and small table ( added in booking as a bedroom ) ?!
