    The hostess, the breakfast and the location.

    I was not aware that cleaning is done only every three days. I asked for two separate beds, and there was a big one. The hostess brought a small one, which was not comfortable.

    Great location, our rooms were quiet, though our neighbours were kept awake by street noise. Expensive but not as mad as other places nearby

    Rooms weren't completely ready on arrival at 4pm and one still not ready at 5pm. Dishwasher full of dirty crockery so we couldn't out our used breakfast stuff in it. We washed by hand. Couldn't get hold of staff between 9.30am at 10 when leaving so we could pay. Eventually she turned up and it seems she went to sleep at about 9.30am just after texting to ask our departure timetable
