The host was extremely nice and accomodating with everything, very responsive as well. The apartment was clean and very spacious, had all the amenities we could possibly need. The location is great, you can see the red star stadium from the balcony and it is near a bus stop.

It's a very nice place to stay for 1-2 weeks. - Welcoming host - Great location in a quiet district with nice surroundings (it's like a countryside but close to the city center) - It's spacious and clean - Internet connection is very fast - You get all the necessary cooking utensils - In general it's comfy: not noisy, pretty clean air, etc
Two things I have to mention (not downsides, just something to keep in mind): - It takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the city center, and there's not much "nightlife" in the nearest vicinity - There are pretty annoying dogs leaving nearby
