  Место, куда хочется вернуться

  Очень удобное расположение. Район спокойный, тихая улочка, но при этом рядом метро, трамвай, большое количество маленьких магазинов, неподалеку есть супермаркет. Легко и удобно добираться как до центра Афин, так и до пляжа. В апартаментах есть вся бытовая техника (холодильник, плита, духовка, стиральная машина и т.д.), кондиционер в каждой спальне и холле. Чисто, уютно и очень комфортно. Было приятно возвращаться сюда после долгих прогулок по Афинам. Но особенно хочется поблагодарить Michel. Это очень доброжелательный, внимательный и гостеприимный хозяин. Чувствовалось, что ему действительно важно, чтобы гостям было хорошо. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и от всей души рекомендуем это место другим путешественникам! Ευχαριστού Michel

  Мы провели в этих апартаментах несколько замечательных дней во время нашей поездки в Афины и остались очень довольны. Идеальное место для нашей компании из 7 взрослых. Нам действительно понравилось всё — от самих апартаментов до расположения и отношения хозяина. В апартаментах было уютно, чисто и очень комфортно. Было приятно возвращаться сюда после долгих прогулок по Афинам. Расположение тоже оказалось очень удобным: рядом транспорт, магазины и всё необходимое, при этом район спокойный. Но особенно хочется поблагодарить Michel. Это очень доброжелательный, внимательный и гостеприимный хозяин. Чувствовалось, что ему действительно важно, чтобы гостям было хорошо. За время нашего путешествия мы побывали в разных местах Греции, но эти апартаменты оставили очень тёплое впечатление. ❤️ Ευχαριστού, Michel

  Terrible cleanliness and hygiene issues.

  On the positive side, the apartment is spacious, and the metro, train station, and Lidl are all extremely close. It is also clear that the apartment was renovated nicely at some point and could probably be a very good place with proper maintenance and, above all, thorough cleaning and pest control. Unfortunately, in its current condition, the cleanliness and hygiene issues completely overshadow the otherwise excellent location.

  However, the location is not enough when the condition of the apartment is far below expectations. The apartment was extremely dirty. Our socks were black after just five minutes of walking around inside, immediately after our arrival. We had to mop the floor ourselves right away. The balcony was disgusting, including the outdoor pillows, and the couch had large, very noticeable stains and patches of different shades of grey. Even worse, there were cockroaches on the balcony, all of them around 5 cm in size. We killed at least 10–15 of them. During the night, all of us got bites, and they definitely did not seem to be mosquito bites. I don't even need to describe the cleanliness of the bathroom—it was simply hopeless.

  We were actually in a different apartment, which was really nice!

  The apartment had a humidity problem, but the hosts handle it very well and moved us to another apartment near by. It was all perfect then!

  L emplacement est parfait pour viister Athènes. Correctement équipé pour cuisiner. Les personnes qui s en occupent sont reactives.

  Le logement est très humide malgré le deshumidificateur qui tourne en permanence et assez sombre . Bon à savoir aussi, il n y a qu une table basse pour manger. La grande table est dehors sur une petite terrasse, suivant le temps il n est pas possible de l utiliser.
