If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Chancellor Motor Lodge and Conference Centre in advance by using the contact details on your booking confirmation. At check in time, you will be required to provide a photo ID and a credit card for payment. If you use a debit card, a security bond is required to guarantee payment of any incidental charges. The bond is NZD 250 per room. Debit card or Mastercard-PayPal will not be considered a credit card. Check in may be refused without a security bond. Please note that there is a 1.75% surcharge when you pay with any credit or debit card, including PayWave and card-not-present transactions.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
