    Large house is good location.

    Large house in a location that suited our needs.

    We had an issue with the boiler so there was not hot water. While we were able to contact assistance this meant we had to go outside and manually reset the boiler late at night. The speed at which we received instructions suggests this is a relatively common occurrence.
