The flat was in an excellent location right around the corner from the sea and beach, and all the shops and restaurants. It was quiet as it wasn't on the main road but around the corner from it. The bed was comfy and the flat was cozy. The manager and staff were very kind and flexible and let me check in early as I was already in Broadstairs and had a big suitcase and rucksack which would have been very exhausting to carry around Broadstairs till the normal check in at 3pm. Also they were very welcoming and left me a nice breakfast pack and tea bags for when I arrived.

A gem to stay mixing tranquility and central location
Incredibly clean, and we're in the hotel business!! Large bed/ sitting room, comfortable bed, comprehensive kitchen. We stayed in flat 2, and the email instructions to enter various doors were spot on. The bathroom was super clean. Really well done to all the people who worked to make our stay so lovely. This was a quiet location, but absolutely central in town for the JazzFest.
This doesn't detract from what I've said already, just an observation. Why is the sink placed to create a pinch point between the toilet and shower. It needs to be moved to the opposite wall by the fixed panel of the shower. I am a builder, and I know that whatever is in the way under floor, all things are possible. Oh, and may be fix the smashed plasterwork around the entrance door where someone has so obviously tried to break in after being too drunk to see the entry code.

Lovely apartment with great amenities and great location.
It was very clean, well equipped and the croissants, jams and spreads for breakfast were delicious. It was in a great location for exploring Broadstairs. We would definitely stay there again.
