    Extra £35 charge after booking. The bathroom and beds made it uncomfortable

    Location was fine. Had no issues finding parking

    The unexpected £35 which you have to pay or you lose your booking wasn’t clear when we booked and payed. The doors to the bathroom don’t lock from the inside and one doesn’t even close properly leaving a gap. Made for some awkward moments. You can tell the mattresses and pillows are old and cheap. You can feel the springs. Everyone woke up with stiff necks because of the pillows.

    Cancelled our booking less than 2hrs before check in.

    The hosts cancelled our booking less than 2hrs before check in claiming a maintenance issue when Booking.com stated it had been overbooked. We had to return home with our 3 and 6yr old and the plans for the wedding we were involved in were ruined the following day were ruined.

    The hosts do not respond to anything. I wrote to the owner of the company over a week ago about how we were treated and have not even had a curtesy response.

    Comfortable, adequate for short stays.

    The location was fine. I didn’t expect to pay £35 for the privilege of verifying myself! Also was the details that were sent on the app deleted afterwards - data protection question - I don’t want my passport information kept as per GDPR

    Ideal location for town centre.

    The bathroom was a bit small, and the sink was not ideal to use. The furniture in the lounge looked good but it wasn't that comfy. Dinning chairs legs seemed loose, so I didn't use them.
