    Very nice recently renovated apartment in the centre of Hoylake. Comfortable and clean.

    There was no pan in the kitchen to cook food, which was only a slight issue, however when we asked the hosts they did not respond for our whole trip. Then the flusher in the toilet stopped working and we still couldn't get hold of them. Disappointing after what was otherwise a very positive experience.

    Lovely Flat, Great Location

    The location of the flat is fantastic, especially if you intend to explore the Wirral and surrounding areas by train.

    More attention to the finer details required in order to make it a truly 5* experience.

    Apartment was good value for money, clean and fresh, functionality needs improving

    Super Clean Great Location Newly done up Bed linen and towels

    Loo seat broken and coming off Wrong door code given Iron but no ironing board Large plastic plants Apartment different to most of photos shown, much smaller than photos on Facebook Only suits a couple not 4 people No wardrobe or drawers to put clothes in Poor lighting in lounge

    Extremely clean Great WiFi Well appointed kitchen utensils Clean and comfortable bed Very secure Light and airy

    It turns out that the photos were a mixture of two different apartments. Huge clock on walk with no battery.no on instructions how to operate anything. Absolutely no draw or hanging space for clothes bar one coat hook this hangers which were inadequate A dishwasher was advised but not there. Great mirror in bedroom but no sockets anywhere near for hairdryer etc. hairdryer was listed but not present Wide angled lenses were used for photos. The actual living room was about 8 ft wide and kitchen area 6 ft including cabinets. So glad that only two of us shared as four would have been very fraught
