    Horrendous. Absolutely horrendous.

    Absolutely nothing. I would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone.

    The police raid in the building chasing immigrants out of the flat opposite our flat on the ground floor within the property The smell of cannabis in the evening coming into our apartment The flies and ants we found in our bedrooms The bin bags of rotting food located inside the entrance on our arrival The broken glass and rotting food by the doorway and on the roadside directly outside of the property No mobile number or local contact number provided by the host at any point - even when repeatedly requested The lack of meaningful support provided on the evening of the police raiding the apartment building Men calling our apartment phone asking to gain entry for 'appointments' The temperamental key lock box, whilst trying to return the key securely and safely when trying to vacate the premises after 24hrs Me and my child were too terrified to stay any longer at this apartment after 24hrs of arriving No refund was provided for vacating the premises early on day 2 of 5 nights booked at this location - regardless of the issues we faced during our short stay or how vulnerable we felt staying any longer at the venue - as a woman with a young child dealing with such circumstances.

    Never book this place

    Terrible service. My family and I were left waiting on the street, and despite several attempts to contact the hostess, we received no response. I was forced to secure alternative accommodation, and fortunately Booking.com provided timely assistance.
