    Decent stay, somewhat manipulative pet policy that was disappointing.

    Clean rooms if a little worn down.

    I booked a room that cost extra because it was labeled pet friendly yet I was still charged an additional pet fee. This obscured the true charge for pets and it ended up being exorbitant. Had it been charged as one up front fee, I would’ve chosen a different hotel.

    Staff/management unconcerned about feces and urine in bed.

    Location.

    We found human feces and urine on the sheets of our bed. Staff refused assistance; managers refused a refund. Concerningly unconcerned like such occurrences are normal.

    Breakfast was as expected - the standard Best Western breakfast with good biscuits. Pleasant housekeeping and breakfast staff. Bottled water available all the time. Good towels.

    Outrageously priced, with added increase of $200+ for "Apple Festival." We were there for a wedding, not the Apple Festival. Small room with ugly dark brown and tan carpet making it difficult find small items that were dropped. Pillows too big for sleeping comfort.
