O apartamento em si era muito bom e cumpria com o prometido.
A restrição dos horários de check in. No site que agendei, era opcional a seleção do horário de check in, então coloquei um horário aproximado que achei que chegaria. Acabei conseguindo me adiantar e cheguei no local mais cedo (era 13h), mas só foi permitido entrar a partir do horário que coloquei no site (15h). Não houve nenhuma flexibilidade e eu estava de mala de viagem do lado de fora do prédio.

Péssima manutenção! A única vantagem é localização
Location only!
A estadia ficou muito abaixo das expectativas. O quarto e as toalhas estavam sujos, a geladeira vazava água, a luz da cozinha estava queimada, o secador não funcionava e faltavam steamer e ferro de passar. O cadastro de hóspedes internacionais foi caótico: apesar de oferecerem atendimento bilíngue, não confirmaram o registro do segundo hóspede nem enviaram as instruções de check-in, dificultando seu acesso. A área externa, motivo pelo qual escolhemos essa unidade, também estava mal conservada: hot tub imunda, móveis quebrados e espreguiçadeiras sem almofadas. Devido às condições inadequadas, saímos muito antes do previsto. A limpeza, a manutenção e a organização deixaram muito a desejar.

The only positive aspect of this accommodation was its location.
The room and towels were dirty, the refrigerator was leaking, the kitchen light was out, and the hair dryer did not work. There was also no steamer or iron available. The international guest registration process was chaotic. Despite advertising bilingual assistance, the property never confirmed the second guest’s registration or sent the necessary check-in instructions, making access extremely difficult. We specifically chose this unit for its larger outdoor space, but the hot tub was filthy, the outdoor furniture was broken, and the sun loungers had no cushions. Due to these conditions, we left much earlier than planned. Unfortunately, the location was the only aspect of our stay that met our expectations.
