地點很好住宿很舒適，客服處理問題很快速。
地點距離桃谷商店街步行約兩分鐘，附近有三大超商，多家居酒屋，還有藥妝店、業務超市，美食很多，可以在商店街逛街購物。 走路到桃谷車站約3-5分鐘，搭乘到其他車站都很方便。
樓梯較陡，老人家上樓比較不方便。搬行李上下樓需要注意。

Poor customer relations.
Location is fantastic. So many shops right there along with the train station making this an extremely convenient location.
Owner is not accommodating. Washing machine did not work. Sheets did not fit bed. Many rooms and cubbards have signs saying do not enter. Beds extremely uncomfortable. Air conditioners are full of black mould.. we ended up leaving a night early to stay elsewhere as this place was so bad. Really annoying light in the hall right outside bedroom you cannot turn off leaving the room lit all night which does not make for a good sleep.
